P.S. Sometimes there are slight inconsistencies between the lists in Pro and the printable PDF. Feel free to pick whichever version you like better. This is meant to be a fun freebie, so don’t let it stress you out. 🙂

Thank you for this!
Hi, I’m new here and just made your recipes from the video I watched. I’m so excited. I’m already thinking about Aprils Meals.
In your video you made 4 dishes for a total of 12 meals.
This list above is to make one dish of each is that correct?
How can I adjust the shopping list if I were to pick 4 like in your video?
Can you get the previous months also?
Can I still get March’s receipes
Do you have labels for these meals?
just wondering why you no longer include the freezer babels?
labels sorry
This was intended as a free “bonus.” In the future, every individual recipe on this site will have its own label. We are working with a company to create that now.
I agree – the labels are essential, I am having a terrible time getting the labels to format, finding the recipes to copy the details for the label and it is very tedious and making me question if this is worth it.
There are blank labels with lots of these. I just print, cut and write it on. It’s really easy!
I totally agree on the labels being includer with each recipe. Im finding the meals are delisa and simple but having to edit, find or type labels is a time consuming issue
Would love to have the labels included.
I agree that having labels is a huge value. It is very time consuming to create them.
I was wondering if anyone got the 20%discount?
Hi Shelley,
I received the 20% discount. It was a nice savings.
I received it!
Yes, I got the 20 percent discount
Where do I find labels
Go to My Account > eBook > Editable Freezer Labels
It’s easy once you figure out where they are. You can print them on line and then print or print them blank and write by hand.
There are different labels for each way you prepare the dish, that is Instant Pot, crock pot, skillet, etc.
Thanks, Cindy!
I agree, I would like an easy way to print the labels.

I have asked for labels for the recipes before too and agree it would be So helpful….PLEASE make these easily accessible. Seeing the preprinted recipe labels is one of the reasons I signed up for the membership!
Working on it!
I ordered blank stick-on labels from Amazon (you had a link to one in your freezer class-but I just searched and found some as well) and your prepared recipe labels all print out great! Love, love the labels and your recipes! Money well spent!
PLEASE make these easily accessible. Seeing the preprinted recipe labels is one of the reasons I signed up for the membership!
Same here on labels. Not what I expected from how it was presented. Also do any of you get an answer to your questions?
Please send an email anytime if you need a response! We check email everyday but keeping up with comments takes a ton of time! You have no idea how many people contact us. We are so grateful, but email is definitely the best way to hear back asap.
Labels: Yes, this was a big selling point for me that was mentioned in the intro class. Which recipes/ collections have pre-made labels available? I’ll start with those! Thank you. <3
Found a great starting point! Clean Eating Prep Session Bonus .pdf. <3
I'll start there and also check out these new April recipes. THANK YOU!
Does anybody answer these questions? I see lots of questions but no answers?
Lisa I would like to know the answer to that too
Thank you so much for all this! I’m having a hard time finding the labels though can someone help me please

Do the labels wash off/remove easily from the reusable bags?
That would have to depend on the kind of label you buy to run through your printer. You can buy the kind that wash away more easily, or get a more durable kind in hopes it will peel off in one piece. If you freeze the bag a bit first, the label will come off easier, but you run the risk of it falling off before you have used the dinner.
Yep!
Can someone tell me what bags you are using for the meals?
I ordered the ones suggested plus the stands. The stands really make it easy for me..
Hi Kelly,
I just watched your meal prep class where you said you will be offering the bag stands under your own brand. I had ordered a set of two with suction cups from Amazon after joining about a month ago. Those suction cups don’t seem to work on my counter tops and the stands tend to tip over… Will your stands be weighted or use suction cups????? They really seemed to work for you in your video. Keep us posted about the availability of your brand,
I tried the Dr. Pepper Pork Tacos, and I have put up the BBQ Pork, Stuffed Peppers (but w/beef), and Beef Stew that I have not cooked yet. I’m not one for pepper spices so I left them out of the Pork Tacos… For me, I could leave out the brown sugar and add salt. I made all of the recipes in two bags each and shared with one of my brothers (we are both single living alone).
Thank you

Thanks for the feedback, Pati! The new stands will not be suction cups either. I’m not sure why yours are tipping over. Maybe adjusting the height of the arms will help?
100% agree about the label issue! I feel so duped! I thought there would be pre-“written”/pre-made labels ready for us to just print and tape on bag. It is sooooo time consuming to have to create and format ourselves. I’m a mother of 3 young kids and this has not made my life easier. If I had known, I would not have purchase the plan. Please make this right.
I am very sorry that you feel this way. We are in the process of redo-ing our entire website and it will have the ability to print labels but probably won’t be ready until this fall. (Very time-intensive and expensive)
