By February 3, 2021February 4th, 2021Monthly Meal Plan

Looking for meals ideas for this month? Here’s a list of 12 seasonal crockpot recipes, as well as a meal planning calendar that spaces out the tastes and textures.

  1. Lemon Pepper Chicken
  2. Chicken Noodle Soup
  3. Italian Pork Roast (yum!)
  4. Balsamic Bacon Chicken and Veggies
  5. Minestrone Soup (I make mine with meatballs)
  6. Shredded Pork with Balsamic Pears
  7. Shredded Chicken Quesadillas
  8. Kale and Chorizo Soup
  9. Stuffed Peppers (delicious with ground turkey or beef)
  10. Chicken Curry (you can substitute fresh or frozen cauliflower for the peas)
  11. White Chicken Chili
  12. Beef Roast with Carrots (only 5 ingredients!)

Bonus Recipe: Easy Stovetop Gnocchi and Swiss Chard (one of my favorite stovetop recipes that can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time!)

I typically share monthly meal ideas via email, but the cool thing about viewing them in Freezer Meal Pro is that you can delete the ones you don’t want to make and auto-generate a new custom shopping list in seconds!

Where do get the pre printed instructions?

I am a new pro member. I am loving this . I have a crockpot but rarely use it because I don’t really have ideas on what to put in it. This will keep me from going through the drive-thru. I am so glad I purchased this.

Everything looks so yummy! Trying a few things out on the family! Let you know what they think!

I have enjoyed your daily emails. I just printed today’s 12 meals, but, I did not see any labels to print. It was so easy to prep each
bag with the labels already printed. Is there somewhere I can go for labels to print?

Hi Kelly! I am a fairly new Freezer Meal Pro member and enjoyed two of your class videos so far. Today, I made 10 freezer crockpot meals out of 5 recipes. It was really fun but I hope to get the bag clips soon, as that will surely make things easier. I did have trouble with the stickers I made up to label the bags; they would not stick securely and if they got wet the printing disappeared…drat!!! That only happened to the first recipe so I made sure to keep the rest of them dry. I put wide packaging tape over them also. I can’t wait to fix these meals and am anxious to try more of your recipes.

I just had a great idea about the labels (IF you have a laminating machine!). If you find a recipe you really like and will make often, laminate the label to add to your bag – it will keep it dry and the ink won’t run PLUS you can re-use! I took a class one time for freezer meals and all the meals were double bagged – if you did that, you wouldn’t have to tape your label.

I don’t see the labels for the Feb. Meals. Can you tell me how to access them please?

  • Sonya LaRose says:

I have taken two classes, your intro and gluten free. I made several freezer meals last week and my new boyfriend has loved everything I made from the intro class so it made it easy to join (everything in that class was GF except the soy sauce). As a single woman, I want to eat healthy but sometimes I get lazy or repetitive. I have had some Wonderful meals this last week. Now that I have joined and I see that you given me a calendar of ideas, WOW! I don’t even have to think about what I am going to make for the month. I am even more excited. ‘Thank you!!!

I am also a new member and find the suggested side dishes REALLY helpful so I don’t have to think about it at all. Please keep it up!

I am thrilled with the prospect of making good use of this plan. We’re in our 80’s, disabled, (tho we don’t like to admit it), and after 63+ years of planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning up afterward, I’m tired of it! I have fibromyalgia, sciatica, severe sleep apnea, two artificial knees, and a surgically reconstructed right hand. Though not intending to make this an ‘organ recital’, with all my physical problems, I’m so out of energy and strength by the early to mid-afternoon I’m in no way enthusiastic about making dinner. Husband has essential tremors and Parkinson’s and accompanying problems. Have been a scratch cook all my life, and so tired of hearing “What’s for dinner?” at least once a day, every day. I do manage to bake all our bread with the help of a bread machine. Also have a copy of ‘The New Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day’, a large plastic bucket container and a Danish-style dough whisk to make larger quantities of bread than the bread machine can accommodate, but always have fresh bread as needed. Under quarantine, I’ve ordered groceries delivery from WalMart and Costco, and with this plan in place I foresee once again to having good, healthy meals. Thank you for the work, time, and talent you’ve put into this, and I wish you continued success for your business.

I just received my bags and holders. I’ve been looking at the recipes to make but I’m confused on how to change the servings and how to change the quantity of many bags I want to make. I would like 2 servings per bag because I’m alone and would like to make at least 2 of each recipe. HELP

    Hi Kelly,
Excited to try the Freezer meals! I cannot recall if your meal is frozen and not thawed, how difficult is it to empty the contents into the crockpot? Or should I thaw in warm water to loosen the ingredients prior to putting into pot? Also can you offer any suggestions as to the best way to wash the freezer bags? Thank you!

  • Maggi Harfoot says:

I inexplicably woke up at 4:30 AM. Clicking here and there on my iPad up popped FAMILY FREEZER. I watched a class at 6:30 AM (I know) and ended up joining PRO. I’ve been in a cooking rut. I’m excited to dust off my crock pot and get organized. I even ordered an apron from your mom. 😁. THANKS!

  • Janet Clark says:

I had thought about this way back when my kids were growing up. They were involved in sports and I was working many of those nights. My husband would get home in time to race off to games and my 2 children often stayed in town(as we live on an acreage 8 miles out of town) so they would either go to a friends house to stay till their game started or they would go to the little drive inn in town at that time(very small town). But often the kids got tired of going to friends houses to get a meal. It would have been so great to be able to have something like this that could have been ready in the am so they could have dished it up taken it with them and had a ready home meal as many of the nights a week as they wanted instead of spending extra money for eating out or unhealthy meals at the concession stands. I am going to love to pass this on to my now grown kids so they will be able to have this for their growing families now and as they get into sports.

Need help in making labels…individual labels for one recipe. Maybe I need to make two labels the same, but haven’t found how to easily make them. Please help me!

I love the calendar for February. I’m brand new and am waiting on bag holders-they are backordered. Are there calendars for other months as well? I see 2 books for Fall and Winter, but that is it. Maybe freezer crockpot meals not such in demand in the summer, but I like having someone else pick the meals.

  • Johanna Eakle says:

Hi I am having trouble getting the list I want. I want to start with the Feb suggestions, delete the recipies I want to exclude, and add others from the site- then print 1 shopping list and 1 meal plan. How do I accomplish this? I did watch the getting started video- I cannot figure it out. Thanks

I am new and was wondering since I can reuse bags, then what are the logistics around the labels. How are you attaching them so that they hold up in freezer, but are be easily removed?
    Thanks

Where can I find the labels for the freezer bags for the February packet? Thanks.

I just joined two days ago. Is it possible to substitute pork tenderloin for chicken in the teriyaki pork tenderloin recipe?

  • Tammy Rouse says:

Does this come with yearly each month menu recipes as above for February 2021? I was wondering if that is just example or is there one for the new year and for each month?

  • Diane Christensen says:

Where are the recipes for February 2022? I have the January 2022 recipes, does not appear any new recipes have been loaded. The current ones are from February 2021.

  • Lynn Wallace says:

I would like to get the recipes & shopping list for the February Meals 2021, but when I click on the link it’s saying I have to have a Meal Pro account which I am already logged into. What am I missing? I would love to have the shopping list so I can get started.

    All help is appreciated…Lynn
