What’s so great about this particular group of recipes?
- They’re quick and easy to make. I was able to prep all 10 recipes and clean up my kitchen in less than 90 minutes total (that works out to 9 min/meal).
- They’re budget-friendly. Â I spent about $90 on groceries or $9 per meal with six servings! (I bought the meat over the course of a few weeks and froze it before assembling the meals.)
- They’re healthy and delicious!
As a member of Freezer Meal Pro, you can access this meal plan anytime in the “eBook Download” section of this website (along with all of our other eBooks). Enjoy!

I was hoping the 5 meals you demonstrated would be listed separately. I wrote down the ingredients and purchased the items but now cannot find the particular recipes by name! I am unable to print the recipes and I am having difficulty maneuvering the online cookbook since I did not record the dish by name. Thank you.
Hi Janet! The meals from that class are listed here: https://members.newleafwellness.biz/menu/2020-01-30-recipes-for-live-class-with-msm/
Hope that helps! This post was simply meant to highlight for our new meal plan.
this link isnt working.
Dear Kelly,
Can you add fresh veggies or are frozen better and less expensive? (Sorry if you explained that in the presentation, I missed the first 5 minutes of the presentation today due to audio difficulty.)
Since we’ve been home with this virus situation, I’ve been cooking more meals at home instead of eating out so much. We’ve saved some money and eating healthier, BUT I am spending so much time in the kitchen and I still need to do office work.
With summer coming on and possibly going back to work, I feel good about having these healthy and economical freezer options available. You made it look easy and quick. That shopping list was the absolute SELLING POINT for me. Thank you!
I look forward to using the site.
Peace.
Sandra
Hi Sandra! It often depends on the recipe. Can you give me an example? I’d be happy to help!
I’m actually thinking the same thing … I am specifically thinking STRING BEANS. Not sure of the recipe … just in general. I guess I can try it. I don’t like my veggies soft.
Hi Angela! If you want your string beans to be crunchy out of the crockpot, I’d wait to add them the last 60 minutes of cooking.
Good morning! I’m new to all this and new to cooking….even at my age! Is there a way to be notified of your live classes? I might have missed that part when I signed up. Also I have one more question…..after opening an ebook, is there a way to print just the recipes I’m interested instead of so many pages and using up my ink? I really like your website and have a couple recipes in my freezer!!! I ordered the little thingie to stand the baggies up with and they work so good!!! I just can’t find the link to the aluminum foil containers you use and lids! Its so fun trying out new recipes on my grandson (he’s 16). Thanks for all your hard work!!!
Hi Deborah! If you join my free email list, I’ll send an email when I’m planning to do another live class. The next one will likely be in late May. When you open an eBook pdf you are welcome to print as many (or as few) pages as you wish. For the aluminum pans, check out the “Oven Freezer Meals” eBook in your downloads section. It should have a link to the pans!
I was wondering about the pans as well. When I went to the “Oven Freezer Meals” eBook, the link wouldn’t work. You might need to tweek this. Or perhaps it was operator error on my part. 🙂 Also I have made many of your meals and became a member today. I started using them last year and filled my RV freezer with crockpot meals before traveling. It was great. I could put something in the crock in the morning, go off to play all day and return to a great dinner. Thank you so much for all the work you’ve done to create this site.
Yay! Great job!! Thanks for the feedback. Maybe we could create some kind of section for “recommended items/materials.”

Where can I find the bag holders/stands you used to hold the ziploc bags?
Amazon
Amazon has them in canning section.
They are on Amazon. I just ordered a set of 4. Do a search for freezer bag holders.
I keep searching but I don’t see the ones Kelly was using. Did you find the exact ones?
Here they are…

I made the 31 freezer meals for my daughter who gave birth to their second child via c-section. I gave them to her prior to the delivery and they were able to use some to ease the stress of the last week before birth. She said it was the nicest gift anyone could ever have given her. She hasn’t had to cook dinner since she got home. She and I have plans to make those same freezer meals for my daughter-in-law who will deliver in October! Thanks you for your great recipes and organization!!!
What a great idea!
That’s exactly was Im going to do. Our daughter is due in a week (our 1st grand). We’ll be flying to Texas (from Florida) and I’ll stay longer to lend a hand. I want to prep meals for them. I’m sure they’ll be thrilled. Glad your daughter liked it 🙂
Hi Kelly
Can you tell me the label size for the printable labels? Are they on an Avery Label or similar? If you could provide the name / code for the size – that would be very appreciated. Thanks, Debbie
I printed mine on regular paper, and used packing tape to put on the bag. It worked great.
Great idea! I think there are so many ways to do it, and the cheaper the better! 🙂
I cooked the first five meals you did live, and they are in the freezer., I am looking forward to cooking them and eating them! I am very excited you made keto freezer meals, I’ve got them all printed out and excited to have them since I am doing keto! I have type 2 diabetes and am trying to loose weight and get off insulin and meds.
Yay! I’m excited for you, Janet. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi,
I just became a member yesterday, so I am ready to roll. I was wondering if you thaw the freezer bags first before putting in the crockpot or if everything goes in frozen? I was thinking about the Latin Chicken recipe.
Thank you,
Pam
You can add it frozen if it will fit. (Sometimes the meals end up as solid, square blocks that don’t fit in oval crockpots so I thaw them slightly in the refrigerator or in water.) I think you’ll be able to break apart the Latin Chicken recipe to fit.
Thank you so much. I love this method of shopping, cooking and preparing ahead of time. I shouldn’t have any more wasted food as I buy what I need and immediately prepare it for the freezer. I’m also not great with knowing what spices to use, so these meals should be really tasty. I put up 3 meals today which should last the 2 of us for 6 meals. I can’t wait to try them! I’m thinking it would be awesome to have a friend make different meals and we could bag them in half, and share!
I stocked up on meat 2 months ago and it’s all in my 2 deep freezers. Would I thaw my meats then assemble these freezer meals and freeze again? Would that be safe? I’m guessing the chicken I bought from the store was already frozen once and when I froze it that was the second freeze.
Good question! You can either add the meat to the bags frozen or wait to add the day of cooking. Do not thaw and refreeze.
Where do I find the labels for the bags?
If you go to the “ebook downloads” section you will find this specific ebook with the labels as well as other labels that can be edited and printed.
Hi Kelly….I just joined am not very good with the computer. Do you have a shortcut icon so I don’t have to start at the beginning everytime. Thanks Veronica
I enjoyed your presentation I watched at 5 PM CST. My husband and I are retired and like many people spending more time
cooking at home. I am always challenged to come up with menus that are new to us and not so time consuming to prepare.
I am excited to do this prepping and it can even be something we can do together. It also will be great for when we go camping and I can just throw my prepped meal in the crockpot and go enjoy my day.
Thank you for all the wonderful recipe ideas.
Diane
Thanks for your kind encouragement, Diane!
Hey Kelly, How do I print labels for some of the other recipes on the site?
If they’re not in an eBook they don’t have a label option (yet). I would write on the bags with sharpie or print the recipe and tape it to the bag with clear shipping tape. You could also use some of the blank labels in the downloads section but it will take extra work to fill them out.
I’m new to freezer meal pro and noticed that the crockpot versions of the meals don’t specify whether to start with frozen or thawed. (Instantpot states frozen). Can tou please confirm which is correct? Thanks!
What Avery labels to use for an Inkjet printer?
Avery 8168
I paid for a membership in July. Tonight when I went to log into my recipes, it said I needed to become a member to view recipes. I didn’t think my membership is supposed to expire. Is it?
Nope! They never expire. :).
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
I just joined freezer meal pro. I’m excited to make some meals for my daughter in law who recently gave birth to my first grandchild! This is the most well designed website for food prepping that I have seen. Thank you for all your hard work!
I just joined and was was wondering about crock pot size. Since it is just my husband and me, my plan was to break each recipe into 2 bags. My crock pot is a big 6 qt one (we use to be a ‘merged’ family of 6. I’m wondering if half the recipe will cook too fast in a big crock pot?
If you split the recipes in half, I would use a small slow cooker of 2-4 quarts.
I watched your video today and joined! Family of 5, all boys but me, so food is high on the priority list lol. What are the names of the reuseable ziplock bags you are using? I am so looking foward to trying this method. I have wanted to for years but never have. Something just clicked today, all the recipes were exactly what my boys would eat, so wish me luck! My boys aged 16, 11 & 8 all love to cook/learn to cook, so this will great for them too!
Yay! Welcome! I got my bags from Fresh Menu Planner on Amazon.
Hi Kelly,
We went camping for Labor Day weekend. I’m a teacher, (so stressful with Covid) so planning meals for the weekend was the last thing I wanted to do. My husband did ALL the packing. I told him to send the kids to the freezer to pick out two meals. I brought the Instant Pot and slow cooked one on Saturday and one on Sunday. He knew exactly which additional ingredients to bring because they were right on the bag. The weekend really was relaxing because everything was already done.
Thank you,
Carrie Boettcher

Yay! I’m so glad you enjoyed your trip, Carrie!
So excited to start this journey!
Where do I find where to print the labels for the recipes.
Hi Helene, I am a new member, did you ever find where the labels are for the recipes?
Thanx
So I went to Amazon and typed in fresh menu planner, no bags came up.
Try “Fresh Menu kitchen” but as of today (Nov 22) they are sold out. I ordered the “stands” though and you can use any zip lock style bag with them.
when making crock pot recipe that uses a cream soup, when does the sup get added? the day cooking or in the freezer bag?
Thanks,
Cathy Michelon
It depends on the recipe. I would follow as-written because I do a lot of testing beforehand.
How do I go about getting the recipes and the stickers to put on the ziplocks for the recipes I choose?
I buy my avery stickers from amazon.
What size Avery stickers do you buy and do you copy/paste to the template?
It says to get to the PDF I have to be on the freezer meal pro membership. Do I not have that? I thought when I purchased the membership via Costco, after watching your video, that that is what I purchased. Am I incorrect? Please advise, because I would really like to download the labels, print and put them on Avery labels to stick on the freezer bags like you suggested. Thanks!
We have a Food Saver and I’ m thinking I could make my own bags then seal them; has anyone tried this?
