Can you use drumsticks instead of chicken breasts?
Yes. 🙂
What can I use instead of sesame oil?
In a pinch you can substitute olive oil, but you’ll lose a lot of flavor.
Where do you fine nutrition label to print with each recipe
I do not like honey. Can it be substituted with something else?
Is there a substitute for honey? I have an intolerance to fructose and honey has a high level of fructose.
How long should i cook this in the Instant Pot if it’s not frozen? Thanks!
Are there labels for these or you have to make your own?
Can you use coconut aminos
Would like to just add the broccoli to the bag. Is that a good or bad thing when working with raw chicken?
The broccoli would be overcooked if added to the crockpot at the beginning. If you want everything together, you could put some broccoli in a sealed quart size bag and put it in the top of the bag once it is frozen slightly so they will separate or just keep frozen broccoli in the same freezer section with this recipe
For directions with Instant Pot, please edit step #5 to note Instant Pot and not crockpot. “Shred chicken and mix with sauce in crockpot.”
Does the nutrition information include rice in the carb count?
I’m new. I’m trying to figure out how you print the labels???
