You don’t mention how to layer your ingredients in the bags. Looking at a few recopies it seems to be veggies, sauce and spices, then meat. Is this correct and does it applies to all freezer frozen meals? Thank You I was running out of ideas to feed the homeless in my community and now I can give them a variety of good and healthy food.

The order you put the food in the freezer bags is not really important. A lot of her tutorials and recipes she does to the vegetables and the sauce and spices but the most important thing is the very last thing that goes in the bag is the meat so as long as you get everything else in there and then end with the meat it’s fine. The reason for putting the meat on top is so that you have less chance of cross-contamination and when you dump the stuff into the crock pot the meat then will be on the bottom. 😁

    Hi,
I’m a newbie here. Can anyone please tell me the steps? I don’t get much time to sit and complete at one sitting. I have picked (with a heart) several recipes. Now I want to see the shopping list where I can cross off what I already have and take the remaining list to order from instacart. I only get one recipes shopping list at a time. Please give me simple steps to do this in my phone. Thank you!!
