Serve with rice and grilled peppers and onions (we like to cut ours into 1” squares, coat with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper, and grill).
Yields:6 servings
Ingredients

To Freeze and Cook Later

  1. Label your quart-sized plastic freezer bags with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date (3 months from when you prepped the meal).
  2. Add all ingredients to your freezer bag.
  3. Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze.

To Cook

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in a pan of water.
  2. Grill for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

*Nutritional calculations assume only 1/3 of marinade ingredients are absorbed by the meat.

Hi! I’m excited to try some of your recipes. We do not normally eat chicken breast and I’m curious if I would use the same recipe amounts for boneless skinless thighs? Thanks!

I just got a ninja foodie. All your grill recipes shouldn’t be a problem with this right? I have some things in the freezer and plan to do more this weekend. I really don’t want to have to buy a outdoor grill too lol

My husband and I absolutely loved this lime chicken❤️ It was delicious. I did squeeze the lime juice out and used the zest of 3 limes. I know your not supposed to let stuff set for too long in acidic juices, but this turned out. It was sooo good.❤️
