Can’t I print the receipies?
Yes
Tried this recipe today using the stove top method. The flavors made for a very tasty dish. I used fresh sirloin tip steaks cut into strips as per recipe. My problem was that the meat was not tender at all. Perhaps the tenderness would have improved if I had marinated the meat first. What other kind of meat would you suggest for a more tender outcome ?
I did tweak the recipe a bit by adding a sliced yellow onion with the meat cooking them first then adding the other ingredients and at the end adding the fresh snap peas & a diced orange pepper for color. I plated on a bed of Seeds of Change organic quinoa & brown rice and topped with sesame seeds.
This is a very tasty, low calorie meal. Just need other suggestions for meat choice.
I also added onion and cooked on the stove. And mine was melt in your mouth tender. But, since I froze mine, it did marinate, and as it thawed.
Laura, you could try chicken instead of beef.
I tried this recipe using the crockpot method. The meat was tender but it had no flavor. I couldn’t taste the orange at all. My husband didn’t like it.
I want to print the label to put on the freezer bag and cannot find them.
Can not get to screen to reduce serving size.
